Hypnotherapy — let’s talk about it.
Every time you meditate you enter your inner world - however, sometimes there is a story, limiting belief, traumatic event or something you have absorbed, that is impacting you in this life. No matter what you try to accomplish, move forward from, or want to heal you somehow keep hitting the same wall over and over again.. this is showing you it is deeper. It is subconscious. Some story that is very much so alive - usually from under the age of 8 - that is still living within the subconscious mind and continuing to float up to the surface of your life desiring to be healed or met with.
About 90-95% of our reality is projected from our subconscious mind.. so this is where hypnotherapy comes into play - it’s like diving deep to the bottom of the ocean and finally being with the wound, the trauma, the limiting belief.. and allowing it to be felt, seen, heard and then healed.
Once you have fully met with this part of you (the root) — you come out of hypnosis with a new found perspective, an opportunity, symptoms that finally heal.. every session is unique and varies from person to person. Once you get to the root, you receive the “Remedy.”
So what is hypnotherapy?
During hypnotherapy you enter a state of “trance” - a similar feeling to being within a deep meditation, where the practitioner gently guides the mind into a state of awareness and relaxation. This is where we have access to the subconscious mind. Through this inner journey, the practitioner guides you every step of way asking helpful questions, and offering support to help promote emotional, physical, and spiritually healing — bringing you back to a renewed sense of wholeness.

Pre-session
After you book your session you will receive an email from me to verify a date and time that best works for you. You can also email me any additional questions or we can hop on a (free) 30 minute Zoom call to go over anything that comes to mind. You can book this below!

Day of Session
Have a quiet space organized beforehand somewhere comfortable you can lay down and relax. I also recommend having a pair of headphones so you can have the full experience. Optional eye-mask. Check to make sure your zoom is working - as long as I can see and hear you - we are all set!

Post-session
We will have a moment to connect and go over anything that has come up in the session. I also recommend setting aside some time after the session to rest, journal or process the inner work that has taken place. You will feel the shift taking place over the week. I will also check in with you to see how you’re feeling.
